This guide helps you step by step use Mendeley to manage your sources/references easily.

Create an Account

Create an account online to access the library on your Mendeley Reference Manager desktop application and via your online account, following the steps below:




1. Visit and click on Create account in the top-right corner or Create a free account in the middle left.

2. Type in your email and click Continue.

3. Fill in your account information and click Register. You will be prompted to fill-in your public profile information.

4. Once your registration is complete, you can Download Mendeley and start the installation.
