This guide provides basic information on using EndNote Desktop (citation management tool)
Search ALL  is a one stop shop that allows you to discover and access credible and reliable library resources

Use Search ALL to find articles, books, conference papers, e-reserves, & more. Basic Search will search across many fields automatically: title, author, subject terms, call number ...

  • Conduct your search
  • Select Show actions options (three dots) on the right side of each record 
  • Choose Export RIS. 
  • Select Export RIS, choose a file Encoding and then select Download
  • The file will appear under download on the top right-hand side of your screen.
  • Click on the downloaded file, and it will automatically open in your Endnote Library

 

  • Conduct your Search
  • Select records by clicking on the PIN icon on the right side of each record


     
  • After saving records scroll up and click the Go to my Favorites pin icon in the top right hand corner 
    • This is a temporary folder, your saved items will be cleared when you leave                                
    • You can export, email, or save your saved records  
  • Select all records you want to export
  • Scroll up to My Favorites, then select Push to Action (the three dots) to display all supported export actions
  • Select Export RIS, choose a file Encoding and then select Download 
  • The file will appear under download on the top right-hand side of your screen
  • Click on the downloaded file, and it will automatically open in your Endnote Library
