The DMP Tool is an online simple platform created to help researchers meet the data management planning requirements for different grant proposals. It includes templates for many of the large funding agencies, general guidance, links to helpful documentation, specific questions to think about when write a DMP.

The DMP tool allows you to write the plan collaboratively with your research team, it also enables you to send your plan to a data specialist to review it for you before submitting it to the funding agency. You can save and come back to your plan as often as you like.

To start building your data management plan:

1- go to the DMP tool website: https://dmptool.org/

2- sign in on the top right hand of the screen using the first option since AUB is affiliated with DMP tool.
