On top of the results page, you have the options to "Print", "Email", "Export"... This can be done for all the retrieved results (up to 2,000 bibliographies at a time) or after selecting one or more of the citations.

Click on "Export" by default the format is selected to be "Microsoft Word", however, unless you click "Search History", you would not be able to export your Search Strategy.
This Word document can be shared to replicate and/or edit the search.
The default exploded number is 10, the number of results on the page, this can be changed to be 2,000 at a time.

OR
Click on "Export" from the Format drop-down menu, select "Endnote". To retrieve the "Citations, Abstracts, Subject Headings", select it from the drop-down menu of the Fields.
You can export up to 2,000 records at a time. They will be saved into a file type entitled "CGI File (.cgi)". Double click on the file, the results will directly show in Endnote or you will have to import the file in Endnote following the below steps:
Browse for the file
Select the Import Option to be “Medline (OVIDSP)"
Select the folder you want the references to be imported to
Click “Import”/Press “Enter”
Saving Your Search
To save your search, you will need to
1- Click on Save All
2- Sign up the first time and sign in every other time.
