Library Resources and Services During COVID-19: Now and Here

This page contains all information related to the AUB University Libraries' current operations in response to the COVID-19 outbreak work challenges. 


Opening Hours: AUB libraries are open in a limited capacity and in conformation with COVID-19 safety measures, including social distancing and keeping face masks on at all times.

The computer labs at the libraries are currently closed.

Thesis Help: Check the Resource Hub for Thesis Writers, it includes access to the Thesis Manual, templates, submission process, as well as the Guidelines to FYP capstone projects.

Borrowing Books:

You may visit the library or send us a list of the books you need. Library staff will prepare the books and will notify you when the books are ready for pick-up, any time between 7:30 am and 9:00 pm.

NOTE: If you cannot enter the campus, we will prepare the needed books and meet you at the main gate. Call 2619/2620, or email us at cc05@aub.edu.lb, jftref@aub.edu.lb

Returning Borrowed Items:

You can drop the books at you convenience at the AUB Main Gate Office of Protection. You can also return borrowed items to Jafet library anytime during weekdays between 7:30 am - 9:00 pm.
