Current awareness services help you  keep informed of new research activities in your subject area. Once set up, you will start getting information  at a specified frequency via email or RSS feeds. Services range from:

Search Alerts

Most databases allow creating search alerts. In some cases you need to create a profile on the databse platform where your searches can be stored. Get also search alerts from:

Journal Table of Contents

You can often set an alert  for the latest table of contents for your selected journal through its  publisher platform or through the journal website. Most aggregated databases such as EBSCOhost, Gale and Proquest provide new journal content alert service  to signed-in users. Or, you can use:

Citations Alerts

Get alets whenever a particular publication or author has been cited.Set citation alerts in the databases covering your subject area or/and use the following mega-databases.
